How does the proof work?
After you order, we design your piece and email you a digital proof. Please allow up to 96 hours for your proof (not counting weekends and holidays). We only start making your piece once you approve it.
Can you make a custom design?
Yes — we love custom work. Tell us about your idea in the form above and we'll let you know what's possible.
Can I return or cancel a personalized item?
Because every personalized piece is made just for you, we can't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on personalized items. See our refund policy for details.
