Upload or send us your photo. You can send it to us in Etsy message or email us at rusticoakdesign@gmail.com (make sure to include your order number)
We’ll print, frame, and carefully package your keepsake for delivery.

★ PHOTO REQUIREMENTS:
Photos for 16x20 or larger MUST have high resolution (AT LEAST 1,600 x 2,000px at 300 dpi - usually taken with professional camera). Photos taken with the phones are mostly 72 dpi or 94 dpi and can be pix-elated and blurry when printed larger. To make sure your photo will be clear, please check your photo resolution under Properties/Details/Image Resolution.
The photo will be cropped to fit the size that was chosen. Please indicate if you do not want the photo cropped at all or if there is a part of the photo that you do not want cropped out. I will reach out if it needs to be significantly cropped, otherwise if it need to be slightly cropped, I will automatically crop it and center the image without reaching out (unless requested by buyer).
• Photo Quality - After you purchase your sign, please send HIGH resolution images (in a .jpg, .png, .bmp, or .tif format) to our email or attach it in a message on Etsy! Please include your First and Last name and order number in the email as well so that I am sure to keep orders straight on my end.
Please keep in mind that you must have copyright permission to the photos you send me. By purchasing this item you agree to owning the copyright to print them out. (This is typically granted by most photographers who send you your images, but please double check as some only allow you to purchase prints of the images through them.
Photos can be color or black and white. They can also be in horizontal or vertical orientation.
Images are printed directly on the wood. The end result is beautiful and should last for years and years to come.

The back of our signs are sanded, but they are left unpainted.

***When hanging any decor over a crib or on the wall, safety is very importance. Please make sure it is hung properly (in stud, etc) and follow the instructions we provide if you receive it with a sign. We do recommend having a space between the wall and the crib/couch/bed when hanging any wood or heavy wall art.
Please be patient as all items are **HANDMADE TO ORDER** with an AVERAGE production time of 1-3 week (this does not include weekends or holidays) therefore the ship-by dates may vary slightly.
