Shipping & proofs
Every piece is made to order. For personalized items we email you a digital proof — please allow up to 96 hours (not counting weekends and holidays). We start making your piece once you approve the proof, so ship-by dates can move slightly while proofs are reviewed.
Hanging & care
Hanging hardware is not included. Removable mounting strips or mounting tape work well — please choose a method that suits your wall and the weight of your piece.
Each board is hand-selected, so grain, knots and natural character vary slightly from piece to piece.
Returns
Because each personalized piece is made just for you, we can't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on personalized items. See our refund policy for details.
